Basic DS Services

• Local and National White Pages – Operators have access to a complete National database of Business, Residential and Government listings. The database matches that provided by the Regional Bells and has tested at over 98% accuracy. The database is updated every business day with Service Order level updates direct from phone companies.
• National Category Search – Operators can search for businesses by what they do rather than their name. Useful for when callers are unsure of the name or are just looking for a product or service.
• Reverse Number Lookup – Operators can search on a phone number to return the associated name and address.
• Reverse Address Lookup – Operators can search on an address to return the associated name and phone number.
• Expanded Searches – Operators have the ability to expand the geographic search area beyond the requested city. Useful when the exact city is not known or when the listed city is different from the one commonly thought of. Operators can go as far as a state-wide search.
• Alternate Spellings and Acronyms – Operators can use these tools to assist finding residential and government listings.

• Custom Branding and Prompt Sets – You can create your own front- and back-end messages to play on every call, as well as any voice prompts during a call.
• ANI Screening – This feature allows you to specify a set of rules for allowing or blocking callers from access to the service. The rules can specify blocks of numbers all the way to individual phone numbers.
• Optional Call Completion – Give your customers a choice to have their listing automatically dialed for them. A great way to increase your revenue by charging a flat rate for callers choosing automatic dialing.
• Forced Call Completion – With forced call completion, all callers are connected to their listing automatically. This is an important safety feature for wireless callers and can be an added touch for all your customers.
• Rule-Based Call Completion – This feature can be combined with either Optional or Forced Call Completion (or both) to change how a call ends based on rules related to the caller’s phone number and the listing given.
