Located in India and Philippines, iTouchPoint provides a capacity to accommodate over thousands of associates. All locations are equipped with redundant power supply with backup generators and an IPLC circuit to handle and route long distance and international calls. Security is a high concern at iTouchPoint, we provide security card access for all employees and additional security measures are provided to give employees access to certain facilities.
